     Antipasti

     Burrata Con Pesca Burrata served with grilled sliced peaches, heirloom tomatoes and Prosciutto di Parma topped with basil, olive oil and balsamic reduction. 

     Boursin stuffed Zucchini Flower

     Zucchini flower stuffed with Boursin cheese and mozzarella pan seared  with pesto and topped with a balsamic glaze. 

     Entrée:

     Fussiloni con Salsiccia

     Fussiloni pasta with crumbled sausage, mushrooms, onions, baby tomatoes, arugula in a aglio oil tomato sauce topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. 

     *Costatine D'Agnello Rosemarino 

      Australian lamb chops. Grilled and baked in a rosemary garlic olive oil topped with a caper lemon rosemary sauce. Served with roasted  potatoes, sautéed red onions, Brussels sprouts and spinach. 

    Halibut al Pesto e Pignoli

     Pan seared halibut topped with a lemon pesto with pine nuts, baby red tomatoes, kalamata olives served with potatoes and vegetable.
